An overview of the project to improve Inside Argonne, the laboratory’s employee intranet, will lead off “Conversations with Kearns” on Monday, June 5, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. Matt Howard, director of Argonne’s Communications and Public Affairs Division (CPA), will guest-host. All are welcome.
The Inside Argonne project team, comprising employees from Information Systems and CPA, is working to improve and update the employee intranet. The goal is a useful, well-designed, innovative and user-friendly resource that enables employees to find the information they need, when they need it, and in the format they desire, and that supports Argonne’s business needs. Guidance is being sought from users across the laboratory.
After a 10-minute presentation, the floor will be open to discussion on the Inside Argonne project or any other topics of interest.
“Conversations,” a weekly, informal gathering with Interim Laboratory Director Paul Kearns, and his colleagues in senior leadership who plan to join him from time to time, takes place every Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Bldg. 213 Cafeteria.
