To schedule a free safety glasses appointment or a computer glasses appointment with an optometrist, fill out Request for Prescription Safety Glasses (ANL-9B).
All Argonne employees are eligible to participate in this program.
Safety glasses evaluation appointments are available every Tuesday.
Computer glasses appointments are available once a month. The next available appointments are on September 27, 2017.
All appointments are located in the Ergo Cube in Building 201, Room 2C22. Bring your prescription from your eye doctor to the appointment with you. Your ANL-9B must be approved.
