Vehicles accidents in parking lots are common and can be prevented. Paying attention to one’s surroundings and taking it slow are no-brainers…but reminding ourselves to do these things even when we’re running late or when we have pressing thoughts on our minds—that’s the real challenge.

Each month a safety share submitted by an individual will be selected by Environment, Safety and Quality Assurance to receive a Spot Award for demonstrated safety leadership. The Spot Award program offers three award levels: gold ($100), silver ($50) and bronze ($25).
