The closing date for the Next Step employee climate survey has been extended to Friday, Oct. 20, 2017.
Full- and part-time employees and postdocs are eligible to take the 10-minute survey. Employees can take the survey on a desktop, laptop or tablet. It is not designed to be completed on a mobile phone. Take the survey online now. All responses will be strictly confidential.
“To achieve our vision of a diverse, inclusive, respectful and transparent work environment, we need to enlist the help of all employees. I encourage everyone to add their voices by taking the survey,” said Lisa Durham, Leadership Institute director.
As with any survey, more responses mean a more accurate and reflective data set. In a recent Focal Point article, John Quintana, Interim Deputy Laboratory Director for Operations/Chief Operations Officer, has pledged to donate $1 to the Argonne Combined Appeal for every survey completed by a Mission Support employee.
