Research meteorologist Doug Sisterson (EVS) and computational climate scientist Rob Jacob (MCS) join Argonne@Lunch on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017, at 12:05 p.m. on Argonne’s Facebook page.
Sisterson will demonstrate the process of how much we learn about difficult to observe phenomena, like tornadoes, by building physical models. Jacob explains how he uses math to describe weather events and how he gets models to “talk” to each other.
