As part of an NSF-funded curriculum project, Educational Programs will be hosting a five-day camp for middle school students on weather and computational thinking from Monday, June 25, through Friday, June 29, 2018, at the Building 360 Learning Center.
The camp is open to students entering seventh, eighth or ninth grade this coming school year. Students will have the opportunity to investigate the weather from the perspective of a computational scientist. This includes working with data and computer models in a setting that offers insight into the unique problem-solving approach that is computational thinking.
