This June, Health & Employee Wellness (HEW) is offering a 20-minute class on eliminating and preventing back pain. There will be three sessions to choose from, and each attendee receives 100 Virgin Pulse points.
The class will demonstrate:
- Why stretching your legs and shoulders is important for the health of your back
- An easy exercise you can do at your desk to make your upper back stronger
- A core/abdominal exercise that is more effective and safer than sit-ups and crunches
