Human Resource Services invites you to login to Workday to complete a voluntary self-identification for disability and veteran statuses. Click on the individual actions in your Workday inbox to complete the forms, which are in the format approved by the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
“Not only does self-identifying help us measure our progress toward achieving equal opportunity, it help us better serve the veteran and disabled communities,” said Jim Bluemond (HRS), manager of Argonne’s affirmative action program.
Employee self-identification responses in Workday will be kept confidential and will not become part of any employee’s personnel file. Self-identification is voluntary, and employees will not be subject to any adverse treatment for participating or not participating in this self-identification effort.
Information provided will only be used in accordance with federal regulations to meet reporting requirements and help Argonne measure the effectiveness of its affirmative action programs.
