A plated lunch will be available immediately following the presentation. The menu choices include: pasta, salads, and various sandwiches for $14/person including beverage, service charge and sales tax.

To register for the seminar, email Dave Livengood and indicate if you will attend the presentation only or the presentation and lunch. Non-employees require a gate pass and should email Angie McKay by Monday, Oct. 15,  to request one.

Abstract

Conflicts are something we all face in our daily lives. The presentation will take the form of a workshop (participation optional) that will use 30 questions to help participants identify their most frequent or preferred styles for handling conflict situations. The advantages and disadvantages of each style will be discussed and situations best suited to each strategy will be identified.
