Excited State science improv showChicago’s most outgoing scientists drawn from Argonne, Fermilab, the University of Chicago, UIC, and elsewhere will perform in the science improv comedy show “The Excited State” Thursday, November 8, 2018.

The show begins at 8 p.m. at The Revival Theatre, 1160 E. 55th Street, Hyde Park, Chicago.

The Revival Theatre’s troupe of scientists and science enthusiasts will take the audience on a hilarious — and utterly improvised — journey of discovery through scientific history, breakthroughs, and common misconceptions. Each performance features a special guest from the scientific community. This month, “The Excited State” welcomes John Anderson from the University of Chicago’s Department of Chemistry.

Tickets are available online at The Revival Theatre website and through Vendini.
