Start a journey to wellness this spring

Journeys is a new and award-winning health coaching service available to employees participating in the Virgin Pulse program. Accessible through Virgin Pulse’s “Programs” tab, Journeys offers 20 helpful courses. From healthy eating and stress management, to saving money on health care costs — there is a journey for everyone.

The self-directed journeys are designed to be fun. Participants commit to small steps, on their own timetable and have the option of receiving text or email reminders for each step. Best of all, participants earn Virgin Pulse points for taking a journey — up to 15 points for completing a step (once daily), 50 points for completing a journey stage (four times per quarter), and 250 points for completing an entire journey (once quarterly).
