“The Excited State” science improv show takes the stage Thursday, April 11, 2019, at 8 p.m. at The Revival theater in Hyde Park. The performance takes audiences on an improvised journey of discovery through scientific history, breakthroughs, and common misconceptions. The troupe comprises some of Chicago’s most outgoing scientists from Argonne, Fermilab, the University of Chicago, the University of Illinois at Chicago and elsewhere.
Each performance features a special guest from the scientific community. This month, “The Excited State” welcomes Stacy Lindau, MP, MAPP, FACOG (Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology, University of Chicago, Director of the South Side Health & Vitality Studies, UChicago Health Initiative; Founder NowPow).
