Human Resource Services will share the results of the recent Total Rewards Survey at a town hall meeting Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. in the Building 362 Auditorium. All employees are invited to attend.

The survey’s objective was to hear and understand the perceptions and values of the laboratory’s diverse workforce on programs including compensation, benefits and wellness, learning and development programs, and the work environment.

Chief Human Resources Officer Julie Nuter and Jane Kwon, Total Rewards group leader at Aon, the independent firm that administered the survey for Argonne, will present and discuss the results. Compensation Manager Kim Martens (HRS) and Benefits Manager Rich Rons (HRS) will be available to answer questions during the meeting.

The survey results provide important information to assist the laboratory in developing attraction and retention strategies to meet the needs of Argonne’s multi-generational workforce. Laboratory leadership is committed to providing benefits, compensation and rewards that employees find valuable in both their professional and personal lives.

All of these elements, along with the opportunity to conduct innovative work with high caliber teams, will help Argonne advance its reputation as the home for a mission-focused world-class community of talent.
