The Global Travel Office (GTO) will host a monthly refresher course on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at 2 p.m. in Building 201, Conference Room 102.
This elective Training Management System (TMS) course is available to all employees, and will be especially helpful for new employees, travelers and travel arrangers. A BlueJeans connection will not be available for this session, which will be limited to 44 attendees.
The agenda includes a presentation by Aloft, one of the laboratory’s new preferred off-site hotels. They will provide promotional materials and refreshments. Global Travel Specialist Jen Hogan (STE) will discuss recent changes to policies and procedures, the new ANL-1043 form, HT-SOS/HT-401 training (now free of charge), FACT Training, loaner phones and answer any questions that attendees have about the international travel process.
