Starting on Friday, May 10, 2019, employees may need to install a new version of BlueJeans, the laboratory’s audio and video conferencing service. BlueJeans users will receive a prompt to update their computer when attempting to enter a conference. The “Remind Me Later” option will not be available, as the upgrade is required.
Employees should wait until prompted to update, since some computers may have already received the current version of the software through other methods. Please start your first BlueJeans meeting on or after May 10 a bit early to allow time for updates.
