George Lubben
Retired Argonne attorney George Lubben died July 10, 2019, at the age of 90. Lubben was a resident of Lemont. He began his career at the lab in 1957 when he was hired to review and draft contracts. Later, he specialized in labor relations. Lubben received many awards for his outstanding performance during his 39 years at Argonne.
He is survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received at Lemont United Methodist Church, 25 W. Custer Street, Lemont, on July 27, 2019, from 10 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11 a.m. Burial will be private.
