Members of Virgin Pulse, Argonne’s new online wellness engagement tool for the Health & Employee Wellness Incentivized Wellness Program, may have experienced problems recently while uploading data from Garmin devices. This problem should now be resolved. Employees can sync their Garmin devices, and any missing data will upload into Virgin Pulse within one hour after syncing.
This Saturday, July 23, 2016, from midnight to 4 a.m. EST, scheduled maintenance will be performed on the Virgin Pulse website. All users will see a site maintenance page upon login during the time of the maintenance. Rewards processing will be delayed during this time.
