The Northwestern University Climate Change Symposium “Perspectives at the Water-Energy-Climate Nexus” takes place Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at Norris University Center, 1999 Campus Drive, Louis Room South, Room 205B, Evanston.
Two of the featured speakers are from the U.S. Department of Energy: Diana Bauer, Director of the Office of Energy Systems Analysis and Integration, will present “Energy-Water Nexus” and Mark Johnson, Director of the Advanced Manufacturing Office will speak on “Clean Water Production.”
This event is free and open to the public.
The 2016 Climate Change Symposium: “Perspectives at the Water-Energy-Climate Nexus” is co-sponsored by Northwestern Center for Water Research, Institute for Sustainability and Energy at Northwestern (ISEN), Northwestern Argonne Institute of Science and Engineering (NAISE) and Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences.
