Representatives from the American Chemical Society (ACS) will present “The Publishing Process” Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, from 2-5 p.m. at Bldg. 241, Room D-172.
The workshop features speakers Joan Brennecke, Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Chemical Engineering Data; George C. Schatz, Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Physical Chemistry; and Stuart Rowan, Deputy Editor, Macro Letters.
Topics include preparing a manuscript, copyright and ethics, peer review and science communication.
The seminar is open to all researchers studying the sciences and includes food and raffle prizes.
ACS on Campus is sponsored by the Argonne Research Library.
