The Argonne Club, in partnership with the Lemont Veterans of Foreign Wars Honor Post #5189, Ladies Auxiliary Division, will hold a collection drive for U.S. troops stationed overseas from Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, through Veterans Day, Friday, Nov. 11, 2016. The collection drive helps to gather and deliver personal care items to the troops.

Many, if not all, of the personal effects we take for granted — such as soap, toothpaste and socks — are needed by our service personnel. Please consider a donation.

Thank you for your consideration and support of this drive for our soldiers.

Tuesday, Nov. 1 – Friday, Nov. 11, 2016

Collection Points

Collection points will be set up in Buildings 46, 201, 203, 213, 214, 233, 240, 241, 362 and 401.

Specially Addressed Care Packages

Employees who have family members, friends or neighbors serving overseas can provide the name and Army Post Office (APO) address of those service members to Suellen Cook (PMA) or the Argonne Club to ensure a care package will reach that service member.

Please provide your name, phone number and/or email address so you can be contacted in the event the care package is returned to the United States. If the service member is returning home within a month, please hold onto their information as a care package will not reach them in time.
