Looking to get fit this year, but not sure where to start? Already have a fitness plan in place, but don’t want to get hurt? Try one of these 20-minute classes offered by Health and Employee Wellness (HEW) to help you improve your fitness without risking injury.
Led by Physical Therapist Assistant Joni Garcia (HEW), attendees will learn how to reduce their risk of injury with simple stretching and strengthening techniques. You won’t sweat much, but you will learn skills to help you on a daily basis.
Classes are held at 12:15 p.m. in the Bldg. 213 Cafeteria Conference Room. All employees are welcome to attend and bring their lunches. There is no cost or registration required.
Participants will earn 100 Virgin Pulse points each course they attend. Virgin Pulse points count toward Argonne’s Incentivized Wellness Program.
