The latest TWIST tour (Tours of the Women in Science and Technology Program) will explore prototyping batteries at the Cell Analysis, Modeling and Prototyping (CAMP) Facility. The tour will include a video of the electrode and cell making equipment and seeing the equipment in the dry room.

The tour is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 24, 2017, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Bldg. 205. Participants should meet in the lobby and arrive by 11:15 a.m.

Due to a limit on the number of participants, registration is required. Register by 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017.

Due to safety requirements, please wear closed-toe shoes and bring safety glasses (safety glasses will be provided for those who do not have a pair).

The TWIST tours are co-organized by Natalia Saraeva (NE) and Ray Patchak (ESQ). These tours are designed to give all Argonne employees, including postdocs, students, administrative and support staff an opportunity to learn more about the work being done onsite. About three tours per year are planned, with a different site for each tour.
