Diversity Program Office changes

Recently, Argonne’s Diversity Program Office has experienced several personnel changes including the resignation of Alberto Camargo, Argonne’s former Diversity Program manager.

Talent Acquisition Manager Jim Bluemond (HRS) now oversees the lab’s affirmative action program, including outreach and recruitment initiatives.

Employee Relations Manager Darryl Howe (HRS) is responsible for responding and resolving employee concerns and complaints of discrimination, unlawful harassment and retaliation. He will also process requests for reasonable accommodations.

The Diversity Program Office operates under the direction of Argonne Leadership Institute Director Lisa Durham, who leads the implementation of the laboratory’s equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs. In continuing the important work of the Diversity Program Office, Lisa draws on particular expertise within Human Resource Services.
