The Materials Design Lab, or MDL, now under construction on the Argonne site, will be the focus of “Conversations with Kearns” on Monday, April 24, 2017. All are welcome to see a short presentation on the MDL project by Program Manager Michael Finder (FMS), and share their ideas, comments and concerns on this or any other topic with the laboratory’s interim director.
The MDL will allow scientists to discover new materials, understand how they work and put them to use.
“Conversations,” a weekly, informal gathering with Kearns, and his colleagues in senior leadership who plan to join him from time to time, takes place every Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Bldg. 213 Cafeteria.
