Argonne has discovered that employee income information in The Work Number® system is inaccurate for 2015. The problem has been reported and is being reviewed by the client service center of Equifax Workforce Solutions.
If an employee only needs to provide proof of employment, The Work Number can still be used. If an employee needs to provide income information, the verifiers will need to fax a verification form and the employee’s authorization release form to Human Resources. Forms should be faxed to 630-252-1278.
The Work Number, a product of Equifax Workforce Solutions, enables Argonne employees to provide proof of employment and income information when applying for a mortgage or loan, for leasing an apartment, establishing credit or any other instance were proof of employment or income is needed.
Once the issue is resolved, a notice will be sent to employees.
