Internship season begins on May 29, 2018, and with that comes the opportunity to help shape students’ future careers. For the third year in a row, Educational Programs will be offering Lunch with a Researcher, which gives scientists and engineers a chance to speak directly to a small group of undergraduate interns about potential career paths, scientific topics and valuable tips learned along the way. On Tuesdays and Thursdays this summer from noon to 1 p.m., spaces will be reserved in the Building 213 Manganese work area for researchers to sit and have lunch with interns.
Volunteer researchers may participate in one lunch session or more if they choose. Lunch is not included.
To volunteer for a lunch session with a group of undergraduate students, complete the volunteer form by noon on Friday, May 18, 2018.
