“The Excited State” science improv show takes the stage Thursday March 14, 2019, at 8 p.m. at The Revival theater in Hyde Park. The performance takes audiences on an improvised journey of discovery through scientific history, breakthroughs, and common misconceptions. The troupe comprises some of Chicago’s most outgoing scientists from Argonne, Fermilab, the University of Chicago, the University of Illinois at Chicago and elsewhere.
Each performance features a special guest from the scientific community. This month, “The Excited State” welcomes Stephanie Palmer of the University of Chicago Department of Organismal Biology and Anatomy.
Tickets are available online. There is also an event page on Facebook.
